In the end of June, it is quite difficult to make hotel reservations for a whole week. The only hotel that was able to reserve a number of hotel rooms for the whole conference week is the Helnan Phønix Hotel in the center of Aalborg, It is situated only 2 minutes from the center of the city and has good bus connections to the workshop site.
If you register with our secretary no later than April, 29, the hotel offers single rooms at DKK 650 per night, including breakfast (1$ ~ 6.90 DKK as of April, 9.)
If you wish alternative accomodation or if you want to obtain a reservation in May or June, please contact our secretary Jette Matthiesen. Usually, the university can get hotel rooms at cheaper prices than individual customers.
